What will I receive?
GroceryFlow Planner in both Google Sheets and Excel formats, plus a PDF setup guide. Both editions have 12 tabs and include 17 starter recipes. This is a digital download; no physical item is shipped.
Do I need to be good at spreadsheets?
You can start by choosing meals from dropdowns, setting your servings, and entering what’s in your pantry. The setup guide walks you through making your own copy. Optional recipe tools in Google Sheets require a one-time script authorization.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The dedicated Shop tab is a phone-friendly checklist, so you can take your list to the store and check off items. A larger screen is useful for your initial setup and weekly planning.
Which version of Excel do I need?
The main Plan, Pantry, Grocery, and Shop tabs use classic formulas. Some secondary recipe columns and the Use It Soon tab require Excel 2021 or Microsoft 365 and may appear blank in older versions. Google Sheets is also included.
Can I add my own recipes?
Yes. Add them to the Recipes and Ingredients tabs. Google Sheets also includes optional paste-and-parse recipe tools. In Excel, add any brand-new ingredient to the Prices tab so the grocery list can include it. The setup guide explains the details.
Where do I buy and download the planner?
All purchases are made through the PocketStride shop on Etsy. Open the listing there for current pricing, purchase details, and your download. You can also contact the shop on Etsy for help.
